We developed a 10-month virtual Fellowship for instructional leaders across the Global South, including from Vitol priority countries. The Fellowship would allow One World and the Vitol Foundation to make a catalytic investment in instructional leaders to help school networks tap their unrealized potential. Fellows would be nominated by school networks based on their potential to drive student and school performance through instructional leadership. Over the course of the Fellowship, Fellows would immerse themselves in One World’s approach to Instructional Excellence and adapt their frameworks to strengthen teaching and learning in their school network.
