Chebet is an international development professional with experience in community, gender and education development. Chebet has supported community programmes in urban, rural and marginalised communities. Specifically she has worked to support the Sustainable Development Goals agenda in alleviating poverty and working to reduce inequalities, especially through gender and economic empowerment in marginalised communities. Chebet has wroked in the education sector for over 10 years, with areas of expertise in teacher training and coaching, child rights advocacy, stakeholder engagement, community development, research, strategic planning and gender. As an education arts graduate with a Master of Science in Development Studies, Chebet is equally well versed in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Chebet is able to support the development of evaluation strategies that are not only systematic but also robust in approach to track progress towards achieving programme outcomes and draw lessons for organizational learning, as well as inform the development of future programmes. Chebet is equally well versed in capacity building and training programmes. She is able to develop training curricula and aids, and facilitate learning and feedback sessions. She possesses not only the technical capacity but also understands the tools required for undertaking different curriculum designs that meet the different target audience.
