EDU worked with PASU, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of ICT to conduct a review of the Digital Literacy Programme, the government’s flagship digital learning initiative. EDU worked with a steering group consisting of these partners to understand the perspectives of implementers in 7 counties, and work with key informants to create recommendations and a blueprint for the next phase of the programme.
